Data Deletion Instructions

The fastest way to delete your AdStack account and all associated data is from inside the app:

1. Sign in at adstack.studio/sign-in
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to the Delete account section
4. Type DELETE and confirm

This permanently removes your AdStack account, your chat history, all generated assets, every credit transaction, and revokes the connections to any external platforms (Meta: Facebook and Instagram). It also deletes your Clerk authentication record. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.

If you can't access your account for any reason, email support@adstack.studio from the email address tied to your AdStack account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and process the deletion within 2 business days.

• Your AdStack user profile (name, email, account creation date)
• All chat sessions and conversation history
• All generated content (videos, images) referenced in our database
• All credit transactions and balance records (we retain a minimal anonymized summary for tax/accounting compliance, see below)
• OAuth tokens connecting your account to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which are revoked
• Your Clerk authentication record (you will be signed out everywhere)

Per our Privacy Policy and applicable consumer-protection / tax law, we retain a minimal de-identified record of:

• Aggregate payment totals (anonymized), required by tax authorities for up to 7 years
• Stripe transaction records, retained by Stripe directly per their compliance obligations

These records cannot be linked back to you personally after deletion.

AdStack uses Meta's Facebook and Instagram APIs to publish content on your behalf when you explicitly approve a post in our chat. If you only want to disconnect Meta (without deleting your full AdStack account), go to Settings → Providers and click "Disconnect Meta". This revokes the OAuth grant on our side; you can also revoke from Facebook Business Integrations.
