Refund Policy

The short version
If you bought a credit pack and haven't used the credits yet, email support@adstack.studio within 14 daysof purchase and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method. If you used some of the credits, we refund the unused portion pro-rated by the credits remaining.
What qualifies for a refund
- Unused credits. Full refund of the pack price within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used credits.Pro-rated refund based on credits remaining. Example: bought 100 credits for $9, used 30 → refund of $6.30 (70% × $9). Credits already consumed are non-refundable because we've already paid the underlying AI provider for the generation.
- Service unavailability. If AdStack is down for more than 24 consecutive hours and your generations failed during that window, we refund the affected credits regardless of the 14-day window.
- Duplicate charge.Stripe occasionally retries payments due to network glitches. If we charged you twice for the same purchase, contact us and we'll reverse the duplicate immediately.
What doesn't qualify
- Already-consumed credits.Once a generation or posting action completes, the underlying API cost has been incurred. We can't refund credits that were used to call Higgsfield, Meta, or other providers on your behalf.
- Content quality issues.AI output is inherently variable. If a specific generation produced low-quality output, please regenerate — we don't refund credits for subjective quality issues. (For technical failures where no usable output was returned, AdStack automatically refunds the credits via our internal credit_ledger.)
- Purchases older than 14 days are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer-protection law (see below).
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons. This right applies to AdStack credit packs and is exercised by emailing support@adstack.studio within 14 days of your purchase.
Important exception:Once you start using credits to generate or publish content, you explicitly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the cooling-off period ends, and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you've already consumed (in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Unused credits remain refundable within the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
- Email support@adstack.studio from the address tied to your AdStack account.
- Include the original Stripe receipt or the date of purchase so we can match your account.
- Briefly describe the reason (optional, but helps us improve).
We'll respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks cost both parties unnecessary fees and we can resolve nearly all refund issues directly. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we may suspend the account associated with the disputed charge until the dispute is resolved.
